The Assembly for Democracy and Development President Cassim Chilumpha has endorsed President Peter Mutharika in the forthcoming fresh Presidential Election.
Chilumpha, a former Vice President and a respected lawyer was speaking at a press conference at Malawi Sun in Blantyre.
The Malawi former Vice President says Mutharika is the only mature leader amongst the candidates that will compete in the forthcoming Presidential Election.
Malawi will hold fresh elections on July 2, 2020 following nullification of the May 21, 2019 Presidential polls by the Constitutional Court on February 3 this year.
