Bodyguard of former President Peter Mutharika, Norman Chisale has been arrested again while on remand at Maula prison.
According to media reports, Chisale has been arrested on issues surrounding a certificate he used to join Malawi Army way back.
This is his fourth arrest in a row.
Chisale is expected to appear before the High Court for bail ruling at 2pm today in case in which he is accused of having a hand in the gruesome murder of Issah Njauju of the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB).
