The Malawi national football team (Flames) has dropped five steps in November’s Coca-Cola FIFA World Rankings released Wednesday.
The Flames are now on position 101 from 96.

The team also dropped six steps in October’s Fifa world Rankings.

This could be attributed to the two losses that the Flames were handed by the Black stars of Ghana, which eliminated the Malawi team from Africa’s Nations Cup.

Meanwhile, Algeria has reached its highest ever position on the fifa ladder going five steps up to settle at position number 19.

Spain and Germany remain as the top two ranked teams in the world.
