President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera will this afternoon appear before the August House to answers questions from members of Parliament.
First deputy speaker Madalitso Kazombo confirmed of the development in an interview with the press, saying will be in the house at exactly 2 ocklock this afternoon.
The president will take 5 questions from members of parliament and then will proceed to take supplementary questions from the 5 questions.
Chakwera will be the second democratically elected president to avail himself before the August House after former president Dr Bakili Muluzi who first appeared before the house in 1996.
