Reports indicate that Norman Chisale a murder suspect of late Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Issa Njaunju is not at Maula Prison where he was remanded.

According to Zodiak online, Chisale has been away from the prison for 15 day now.

“He has been at a private clinic in Lilongwe [Poly Care Clinic] since August 31 reportedly receiving treatment for anxiety disorder with panic attacks,” reports Zodiak online.

Chisale served as private security aide of former President Peter Mutharika.

High Court Judge Ivy Kamanga remanded Chisale to Maula prison waiting for the hearing of his bail application of his third arrest in which he is being suspected of having a hand in the murder of Njaunju.
