The Zambian High Commissioner to Malawi Dr. John Phiri, has today, launched Zambia’s national day of prayer which will be observed on 18th October, 2020.
On Sunday, Zambians resident in Malawi will congregate for prayer and fasting in three designated places in Lilongwe; Chinsapo 1 and areas 22 and 25.
Speaking at the launch at his residence in Lilongwe, Phiri said this year’s theme is “To seek God’s intervention for sustained national unity, peace and prosperity.”
The High Commissioner said it is his prayer that Malawi and Zambia will continue living together as one.
