Women’s Manifesto Movement (WMM) has put on hold its intention to file against governments appointment of boards to give dialogue a chance.

In a statement, the movement, says it was scheduled to meet the Office of President and Cabinet (OPC) on Wednesday this week but the meeting had been pushed to Monday next week.

The women say they will review the outcome of the Monday meeting and decide on the way forward.

A few days ago, the movement released a statement threatening to drag government to court over board appointments which have fewer women representation contrary to the Gender Equality Act.
