The High court in Blantyre has adjourned the case involving former judiciary spokesperson Mlenga Mvula to December 7, 2020.
Mvula was arrested in 2017 in relation to abuse of office and obtaining money by false pretence.
He is alleged to have corruptly solicited money and favours from United Methodists Church in the name of high court judges and former attorney general Kalekeni Kaphale.
This morning, the state paraded its last witness Patrick Bernard Nkhoma, a Forensic Documents examiner at the Malawi Police Service.
