One of the most known female body builder is Called Nataliya Kuznetsova. She is a Russian Professional body builder who has won herself so many titles. She was born on 1st July 1991 and is therefore currently 29 years old. She stands tall at 5’7 ft and weighs approximately 200 pounds.

She is considered the heaviest female body builder in the world. She has gained a massive following on social media with most people seeking to get more views of that incredible body. She has strong and incredible muscles.

She has been training for 15 years to achieve that incredible physique that most body builders would dream of. She revealed that she started training at a young age of 14 when she weighed less than 40kgs and now she weighs more than double the weight.

She trains for several days a day and sticks to a regimented diet and instead of adding spices to her food she adds protein powder. Body building involves a lot of weight lifting and cardio and it’s crazy to imagine that these female body builders endure all that.

Apart from that, body builders observe strict dieting that involves a lot of protein intake. This is for sure not for everyone. Most female body builders have little to no breasts since fat in this area is all shrunk. This makes them have more unbelievable physique.
