Former Chief Secretary to the government, Lloyd Muhara, former minister of Housing, Vuwa Kaunda and former deputy minister of Transport, Charles Mchacha are at the Lilongwe Magistrate’s Court where they are expected to appear before Principal Resident Magistrate Viva Nyimba.
Last year the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) arrested Mchacha and Kaunda on a case involving the alleged illegal purchase of land by Mchacha at Kanjedza in Blantyre.
Later Muhara handed himself to ACB after it was revealed that he was being hunted over the same matter.
The three are being accused of abuse of public office.
