Shepherd Bushiri and wife, Mary, are this morning appearing before the Lilongwe Magistrates Court for an inter-partes hearing in the matter where the State made a fresh application seeking a warrant of arrest for the two.
The state want Bushiri and his wife, arrested over a crime committed while in South Africa where they escaped over what they called security concerns last year.
The two were released unconditionally by the court in Lilongwe.
