The High Court in Blantyre has adjourned to Wednesday 2 pm a murder case involving Norman Chisale after the State paraded one witness, Henry Malange who was also the lead investigator in the case.
Earlier in the day the state applied for bail revocation of Norman Chisale.
State lawyers told the high court in Blantyre today that the former body guard of former president, Peter Mutharika, is interfering with witnesses.
Chisale is accused of attempting to murder Sigele Amani in Blantyre in 2020.
So far the state has paraded five witnesses including the victim and the state is remaining with two more witnesses.
Chisale also answering a number of cases in the courts of Malawi.
