The High Court in Blantyre has today failed to deliver a ruling on whether Thom Mpinganjira has a case to answer or not in the judge bribery case.
According to information at hand, Mpinganjira is reported to be seek.
Currently, parties in the case are holding a virtual meeting to decide on the date when the ruling will be made.
Dr. Mpinganjira is being charged with attempting to bribe a panel of five judges who presided over the 2019 Presidential election case with the aim of circumventing justice.
