Madalitso Banda is now on the stage after being placed on a seven-day quarantine in France.

The Lilongwe –based group left recently for France on a tour which will see them holding close to 35 gigs.

The band a duo of Yosefe Kalekeni and Yobu Maligwa and co-manager Neil Nayar said they have so far held four shows on Thursday.

‘’So far so good we are happy to have started shows and we are looking forward to offering more and selling Malawi as usual,’’ Kalekeni .

Nayar has further said that the first shows of the week was very successful.

‘’It’s tiring already but all is good, the first week is done but next five weeks will be very intense,’’ he said .

The group was supposed to leave earlier for the tour but delayed because they did not receive their passports in time as their visas were issued in South Africa.
