Former Malawi Broadcasting Corporation (MBC) Director General Aubrey Sumbuleta will wait for a little longer for his sexual harassment case to commence at the High Court.

The case was scheduled to commence for a full try today but it has been adjourned to a later date after the presiding judge in the case came into contact with some of the people have tested positive to COVID-19 in the country.

According to Chimwaza, Judge Chifundo Kachale, who is presiding over the case, was in contact with some people who tested positive for COVID-19 and is now waiting for his test results.

Sumbuleta was fired from MBC after some employees accused him of sexually harassing them.
