Court Convicts Man For Defiling His Two Daughters In Nkhotakota

The Nkhotakota First Grade Magistrate’s Court has convicted an adult man in his forties of incest and defilement after he defiled two minors.
According to reports the two children are his biological daughter and a step daughter aged 14 and 12.
The convict, Macyobe Mkwapatira, who was arrested in March was found guilty of having carnal knowledge with the minors more than once since December 2020.
Meanwhile the court has adjourned the incest case to Friday while the defilement case has been committed to High Court for sentencing.
