Zambia’s Outspoken Opposition Leader Sean Tembo Facebook Account Hacked

Facebook page belonging to Zambia’s opinionated leader of opposition and president of Patriots for Economic Progress (PeP) Sean Tembo has been hacked.
PeP’s media team confirmed of the development through a statement on the party’s official Facebook page.
“Good evening, kindly note that the official Facebook page for our Party President has been hacked,” read part of the statement.
The statement then urged its followers to be referring to the party’s Facebook page for updates in the meantime.
“Therefore kindly refer to the PeP Facebook page for official announcements and continued checks and balances over the UPND Government until the matter is rectified,” the statement read.
The officials have since said that they have engaged Facebook authorities on the matter.
