Truck driver caught with bags of Indian Hemp in Dowa

DOWA – Police have arrested a 38-year-old truck driver for allegedly possessing two bags of Indian Hemp.
The suspect, Titus Mativeke was cornered at Mponela where officers found the bags hidden under the drivers seat.
They were working on a tip from their counterparts at Bua roadblock, where Mativeke bolted earlier.
