A video which surfaced online shows a man claiming that black rain fell in Otuoke, Bayelsa state.
The man who recorded the clip, could be seen showing off the black stagnant water on the ground after the rainfall.
It has sparked a series of reactions online, while some say it can be scientifically traced to soot and air pollution, others ascribed a supernatural meaning to it.

toneetonero; It has to do with black smoke from oil flaring operation which mixes with rain causing the black rain . Very common in oil producing areas where pollution is common.
