Parliament has been suspended for 15 minutes to allow the Business Committee meet and discuss the second Deputy speaker’s ruling that evoked standing order 105 to send Abel Kayembe Dowa west MP out of the House.

Second Deputy Speaker Aisha Adams this morning, sent Kayembe out of Parliament citing disorderly conduct as the reason.

Kayembe who was standing on a point of order repeatedly was sent out after the presiding Speaker said it was wrong for Kayembe to be commenting on the issue she had already given a ruling on.

But Kayembe has told the press that he never wanted to comment on the issue that the Speaker gave a ruling on but to complain about an air conditioning system that was not working in the House.

And after tea break, government bench ganged up demanding an explanation on why Kayembe was sent out which has forced the leader of the House to call for a business Committee meeting.
