Former United Transformation (UTM) Director of Youth Bon Kalindo is scheduled to appear before Lilongwe Magistrate Court this morning.

Gilbert Khonyongwa, a lawyer representing Kalindo, has confirmed of the development.

According to Khonyongwa, Kalindo might be charged with malicious damage, as he is accuse of inciting violence during his anti-government protests in Lilongwe.

He was rearrested in Zomba minutes after he was released on bail by the Zomba Magistrate Court.

Kalindo has been organizing demonstrations in all the major cities of the country against government.

Kalindo and his team are accusing government of failing to fulfil campaign promises.

He has also been calling for the resignation of President Lazarus Chakwera as he is accusing his admiration of being marred with massive corruption.
