Malawi’s National Football Team, The Flames ae geared up to face Morocco tonight in Cameroon at the ongoing TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) tournament.

According to the Football Association of Malawi (FAM), the team had its first training session on Friday evening at the Military Stadium.

The Flames made it to the knockout stage following the results from Group D which saw Nigeria and Egypt qualifying as the pool’s leaders and runners-up, respectively.

If they win today’s game, Malawi National Football team will reach the quarterfinals and will face either Egypt or Ivory Coast.
