Adele dedicated her final win at the Brit Awards 2022 to her ex-husband Simon Konecki.

The 33-year-old singer was named winner of song of the year with her recent comeback single Easy On Me.

She later won album of the year for her comeback album 30, and she gave a special shout-out to son Angelo and ex-husband Simon after using their divorce as inspiration for the record.

Accepting her award in person at London’s O2 Arena on Tuesday, Feb. 8, the singer said: “I would like to dedicate this award to my son and to Simon, his dad.

“This was all of our journeys. Not just mine. I am very proud of myself for sticking to my guns and putting an album out that was about something so personal to me because not many people do stuff like that anymore.

“My son has been so gracious. So gracious and kind and patient with me over the last couple of years. It is for him.”

Adele was also named artist of the year.
