Sorrow has engulfed people of Njoka Village in the area of Traditional Authority Mwadzama in Nkhotakota district, following the death of a 44 year old man, who died after his house fell on him, last night.
The man, Isaiah Mandomba, was asleep in the house during the incident.
Three kids aged 4, 6 and 7, as well as his wife have survived with minor injuries.
In the photos, police and other district officials are seen visiting the scene of the accident.
Results of a medical examination conducted at Kapiri Health Centre in the district, indicate that death was due to suffocation.
