Namiwa Condemns Attacks On ACB Czar

Executive Director of Center for Democracy and economic development Initiative (CDEDI) Sylvester Namiwa has condemned attempts to fight and silence Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) Director General Martha Chizuma.
According to Namiwa who is currently holding a press briefing in Lilongwe, any battle planned for Chizuma is for all Malawians.
The remarks come days after business man Ashok Nair sued Chizuma for defamation.
The lawsuit was in connection with a leaked audio clip in which Chizuma discusses investigations into Sattar’s alleged corrupt dealings with a person yet to be officially identified.
