Blue Eagles Football Club has signed Flames and Silver Strikers goalkeeper Brighton Munthali in a two year contract

General secretary for the team Benjamin Msowoya said Munthali’s move is to beef up their team’s strength as well as create competition to their current first choice goalie John Soko, for better delivery.

He added the gesture is part of making sure that they don’t hang by thread again, come next season.

Munthali joined Silver Strikers from the disbanded Surestream Academy.
