Musician-cum church minister Mlaka Maliro says he will soon tell the world the truth regarding people he said are behind creating propaganda against his wife, Benadetta.
This comes barely a few days after Enlightened Christians Gathering (ECG) church through its spokesperson Ephraim Nyondo had released a statement claiming that Mlaka Maliro’s resignation from the church is linked to his wife’s misconduct.
‘Vinyo Watha’ hitmaker announced his resignation from the church last week. His resignation attracted mixed reactions with many claiming that all is not well in Prophet Shepherd Bushiri’s church.
Meanwhile, speaking last night at Mibawa Multi-purpose hall in Blantyre where he made his debut appearance on stage as a musician after an eight-year break; the musician said ‘when people fail to get what they want from you, they create stories against you’.
An emotionally charged-looking musician added ‘if you touch my wife, it means you have touched me, and I will go after you.’
He told the fun-seeking patrons to disregard anything they hear about his wife; ‘because it’s nothing but pure lies’.
