Is wearing underwear necessary?

Should you embrace the relief of wearing nothing underneath or is it much better to wear underwear?

There are some good arguments for and against wearing underwear.

If your underwear is tight and made from unbreathable material like silk then moisture is retained in your genitals and that will cause yeast infections.

Some harmful fabrics can allergic reactions in the vagina and lead to contact dermatitis with bumps and blisters.

Mixing sweat, dirt and heat will only cause your vagina to smell. When you don’t wear underwear, the sweat evaporates and this reduces the odour.

Tight underwear can chafe the labia by constantly rubbing against each other. They can cause injury and infection and are just really uncomfortable.

If you’re wearing material like jeans, you need to wear some underwear to protect your vagina from rubbing, chaffing and discomfort.

If you are going to the gym too then you need to wear panties, if not you are going to give off a very smelly odour.

Not wearing panties to the gym means nothing separates your vagina from the material and what this means is that sweat sips through your workout shorts and that stinks.

Anything and everything can enter your vagina if you are not wearing some clean underwear. The underwear protects you from bacteria, fungi and dirt.

Your vagina releases a lot of substances and your underwear keeps them for a while. Imagine these secretions are allowed to flow willy nilly, that will be a lot of odour.

Imagine if the wind is blowing, you faint on the road or you jump out of a bus and your vagina is out there in the open, that won’t be nice.

At the end of the day, some days are underwear days and on other days you can ditch it.
