Chief Justice Rezine Mzikamanda has appointed His Honour Kondwani Banda as Acting Registrar of the Supreme Court of Appeal and High Court of Malawi.
Banda replaces Agnes Patemba who has been promoted who was recently appointed as High Court Judge by President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera.
The Chief Justice has also appointed His Honour Kingsley Mlungu and His Honour Innocent Nebi as Acting Senior Deputy Registrar and Acting Deputy Registrar, respectively.
The appointments are with effect from March 22, 2022.
