The anonymous lady spoke toBBC Yorubarecently about her sour experience in Libya. She had gone to the country for greener pastures, only to be humiliated.

“Because I stubbornly refused to work as a prostitute in Libya, my legs were amputated. I had refused to have sex with them.”

She continued: “I just did my ‘freedom’ at the time. I went to Lagos to work and my friend said that if I came there (Libya), my life would change in six months.

“Cucumber is being used to break a woman’s virginity. In Libya, I have seen a woman’s womb out.”
