Court Dismisses State’s Plea On Bushiri’s Extradition Case

The Magistrate Court has today rejected the requested by the State to have witnesses in Prophet Shepherd Bushiri case testify in South Africa.
The Court has since given each parties 14 days to make fresh application on how witness should testify and it will make its own decision based on the application.
The matter has since been adjourned to 5 August to hear the fresh applications from both sides.
