A man in Ntchisi has been arrested for allegedly killing his wife who accused him of having multiple sexual relationships.

The incident happened on September 7, 2022.

It is alleged that the wife pulled the suspect’s private parts following a fight that erupted between the two.

Ntchisi Police Spokesperson Yohane Tasowana has confirmed of the development in an interview with the press.

“This prompted the suspect to stab her on the neck,” said Tasowana.

For some days, Nyongani went into hiding. But he was later found in Salima where police arrested him in Chiwaka Village, Traditional Authority Mwaza.

The suspect will appear in court soon.
