Labour and Social Security Minister, Brenda Tambatamba has disclosed that 41 percent of women journalists have experienced verbal, and physical s3xual harassment in work places.

Ms Tambatamba has also expressed sadness that it is alarming and worrying that only one in five incidents are reported with no disclosure of perpetrators.

She said this when Africa Region Women in News paid a courtesy call on her at her ministry in Lusaka.

And Africa Region Women in News Deputy Executive Director, Jane Godia said the organisation is working with various media houses to advocate for the implementation of a standalone sexual harassment policy in all media organisation.
