Chiradzulu police spokesperson, Innocent Moses has confirmed that five Catholic nuns from Maryview convent in Nguludi, Chiradzulu were rushed to Nguludi hospital yesterday after suspected food poisoning
Moses said the nuns had consumed vegetables fetched from the convent garden.
Immediately, thereafter, the nuns begun feeling dizzy before they were rushed to Nguludi Mission hospital where they were treated as outpatients.
The food samples were taken for laboratory tests.
