A woman has been killed while 13 others have sustained various degrees of injuries following a road accident along the Thyolo-Thekerani-Bangula road Monday morning.
Thyolo Police deputy publicist, Rabecca Kashoti has confirmed of the accident in an interview with the press.
According to Kashoti, the accident occurred at green-Conner, after a driver of Nissan pickup vehicle under registration BT 54838, lost control causing it to overturn due to over-speeding.
“The vehicle was coming from Masambanjati towards Thyolo boma. All the injured people have been to Thyolo district hospital,” said Kashoti.
