East African legislative assembly Nominee Winnie Odinga once again has stressed the very important role she played in the azimio campaigns amid allegations that she didn’t do as much to help her father clinch the presidency.
Speaking to Citizen TV on Tuesday evening, Winnie said nobody worked as hard as her except her father in the Campaigns.
She further accused some unnamed individuals for only pursuing personal interests at the expense of the presidential campaigns.
The last born daughter of the former prime minister went on to claim that she went without sleep for a whole Year because of the work she was supposed to do.
“I don’t believe anybody worked harder on the Azimio campaign than me except for Presidential Candidate Raila Odinga. I didn’t sleep for 1 year straight because of all the work we needed to do”, said Winnie Mandela Odinga.
It’s worth noting that the longest time a human being has gone without sleep is 11 days and 25 minutes, a record which was set by 17 year-old American Randy Gardener in 1963.
Her claim of going without sleep has elicited mixed reactions from netizens with some opining that she should just enter into the Guiness book of records.
