Bishop Mtekateka Secondary School in Nkhotakota district has suspended 25 male students from form two to form four following protests that occurred on Saturday.

According to Director for the Anglican Church owned school Jesman Seva, students wanted to have a disco which is not allowed at the school.

Seva said they will make the final decision after the two weeks suspension that was given to the students.

Police in Nkhotakota are providing security at the school due to the protest that happened.
