Namitete police in Lilongwe has charged ACB boss Martha Chizuma over January leaked audio in which she was heard discussing work related issues with unidentified person.
Chizuma lawyer, Martha Kaukonde said she has been charged with making use of speech capable of prejudicing a person against a party to judicial proceedings contrary to section 131(1) d of the penal code.
Chizuma who was arrested this morning, has since been granted police bail.
