Director General for Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Martha Chizuma, said there is hope for the future generation in Malawi in as far as ending corruption is concerned

Chizuma made the remarks today during the commemoration of the International Anti-Corruption Day at Kasungu Stadium.

According to Chizuma, last year on the same day in Mzuzu she disclosed that their board is looking forward to consider Anti-Corruption Bureau studies in primary education to promote personality for the future generation.

“ACB and Ministry of education has produced a study book to be among the books which teachers will be using in teaching students at schools and it will be ready as soon as we find finance,” Chizuma said.

“Our board is doing everything possible to make sure our future generation should have better government leaders, political leaders as well as business leaders unlike the present one,” Chizuma continued.

She then warned corrupt people that they will not prevail in taking advantage on youths due to their jobless that lead youth to depend on them.

According to Chizuma, youths will no longer accept to be used for their benefits.
