Main rival for Ugandan president Yoweri Museveni, Bob Wine real name Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu is claiming that he is under attack.
Sharing on his social media platforms, Bob Wine alleged that military police were deployed to intercept him and his team on their way from blocked prayers.
“We’re under attack. The military and police have intercepted us on our way from the blocked prayers. They’re arresting comrades. We shall overcome! We shall not give up,” he tweeted.
Bobi Wine was to join other faithful at Nsambya Sharing Hall for end-of-year prayers before the military police officers were deployed to stop the prayers from happening.
Together with others, Bobi left the place before officers intercepted his motorcade and started arresting them.
