A business man identified as Henry Manyenga, 31 has been robbed off K10 million and a Toyota Hilux double cabin motor vehicle at a lodge he had planned to spend a night, on Tuesday night.
Luchenza Police Station Officer, Senior Superintendent, Fyson Thawiha said the police managed to recover the vehicle at Mikolongwe in Chiradzulu.
According to Thawiha, the suspects forced Manyenga to surrender all the money he had and his car keys.
Luchenza police station officer said Manyenga reported that he wanted to use the money to pay dairy farmers he conducted business with.
The robbers did not only go away with cash and a car, they also took two laptops and two mobile phones.
Law enforcers have advised people to avoid moving around with large sums of money without security.
