Nairobi police are investigating the death of a 35-year-old man who died during sexual activity with his girlfriend in Dandora.
The girlfriend stated that the man, who worked at Kenyatta National Hospital’s theater department, died during sex.
Police found drugs and a medical report at the scene.
The body was taken for a post-mortem exam.
This follows another recent death of a 59-year-old man from Migori County after taking sexual enhancement drugs.
He died while waiting for his date to finish her meal in a hotel room.
The date told police she changed her mind at the last minute due to her period.
