A 26-year-old Zambian man is fighting for his life in Johannesburg General Hospital after being shot five times by unknown attackers in South Africa.
Samuel Chipili Mukalandapo, of Samfya District in Luapula Province, arrived in South Africa on January 22, 2023, in search of employment as a bus cargo loader.
However, just eight days after his arrival, he was attacked while withdrawing money from an ATM in Johannesburg Springs.
Despite surviving the five gunshot wounds, Samuel’s condition is considered critical.
His friend, who is currently taking care of him, is trying to reach out to his family and has requested them to get in touch for updates on his condition.
