Information reaching this publication indicates that President Dr. Lazarus Chakwera has appointed Masauko Ng’ombeyagwada Wiskot as new Commissioner General for Malawi Prisons Service.
Wiskot replaces Miss Grace Wandika Phiri who has been redeployed to Office of the President and Cabinet as the Principal Secretary.
The appointment of Wiskot is with effect from March 25, 2023.
