Chinolampeni Community Day Secondary School in Phalombe has been operating without a science laboratory and library for over two decades now.

Head teach er for the school, Grave Susuwele, says students have been disadvantaged, especially when it comes to national examinations, resulting in poor performance.

Chairperson for the school, Enock Lusiyano says the laboratory project which started in 2017 was abandoned in 2021.

Spokesperson for the ministry of education, Mphatso Nkuonera, says he needs more time before commenting on the development.
