The Southern African Development Community, SADC heads of mission has called on the western world to end its illegal sanctions against Zimbabwe.
The western countries, led by the United Kingdom instituted sanctions against Zimbabwe over land reforms the government of Zimbabwe undertook over 20 years ago.
SADC heads of Mission on Wednesday morning issued a statement trashing the continued sanctions against one of its member states.
The Zimbabwean Deputy Ambassador Lovemore Matemera has since described the sanctions as harsh and unfair for the people and the economy of Zimbabwe.
