Speaker of National Assembly Catherine Gotani Hara has asked leader of opposition Kondwani Nankhumwa to bring evidence in his claim that a plane of Israel is expected to land at Kamuzu International Airport (KIA).

Nankhumwa claims that the plane will land as a Cargo plane but it will carry 221 Malawians to Israel where he alleges they will be working in estates or they may join the Israel war.

In his ruling, Hara asked Nankhumwa to withdraw or provide evidence on allegations he has made that some Malawians are due to go to Israel to fight in the war between that country and Hamas.

However, Nankhumwa has refused to withdraw.

Hara has therefore given Nankhumwa up to tomorrow , November 23, to give his evidence.
