A man was killed when two hit-and-run drivers struck him in Queens on Sunday in New York City.
According to NYC police, The victim was crossing near the corner of Hempstead Ave.and t23rd st. in Queens Village just after 8:05 p.m.
As heavy rain hammered the tristate area, a driver slammed into him, leaving him on the roadway as they sped off, they added.
While the injured man lay on the pavement, a second driver hit him and kept going, police said.
The victim, whom police are still trying to identify, died at the scene.
Police were canvassing for surveillance footage to help them identify the cars on Sunday night.
Meanwhile NYPD cops have launched manhunt to arrest those two drivers.
