The High Court in Lilongwe has dismissed with costs an application by Grelzelder Jeffrey Kondwani Nankhumwa, and Cecilia Chazama who were recently shifted from their positions in the Democratic Progressive Party (DPP) recently.
Nankhumwa was moved from being Vice President (South) to being advisor for DPP leader Peter Mutharika, while Jeffrey was made Vice President (Central). She was the Secretary General.
In his ruling Justice Howard Pemba said, the three have failed to demonstrate that they have an arguable and good claim against the party.
Justice Pemba said the three have just been reshuffled and moved from their positions they were initially holding to other positions within the party.
