Kenyan defender, Clyde Senaji, has signed a two-year contract extension at FCB Nyasa Big Bullets.

Bullets confirmed the development through their official website saying the fearless Kenyan international has extended his stay in Malawi.

Speaking to Bullets media after extending his contract, Senaji said it was an easy decision to make because he has created a strong bond with Bullets supporters, players and officials.

“It was an easy decision for me to make to stay here because I had a good season here in Malawi where we won everything. My strong bond with Malawians and everybody associated with this club also convinced me to have some more time here,” said Senaji.

The 27-year-old center back was very vital for the people’s team to won the quadruple after making 30 appearances in domestic competitions and featured in all four CAF Champions league matches that bullet played in the 2023 season.

Senaji becomes the fourth player to extend his contract with Maule after Precious Phiri, Ephraim Kondowe, and Anthony Mfune all extended their contracts with the club.

Earlier last week the quadruple winners  released eight players ahead of the 2024 season.
